This .4 FTE position is responsible for administering and processing the Foundation’s Scholarship funds.

Scholarship Administration:
• Develop awareness of SCVF scholarship programs throughout the Valley
• Administer over 50 unique scholarship programs
• Work with donors to establish scholarship criteria, applications, and scoring rubrics
• Communicate with high schools and educational institutions to promote scholarship opportunities
• Coordinate scholarship review panels
• Communicate with scholarship recipients
• Ensure best practices are followed in in proprietary scholarship software: entering student, institution, and payment data; processing scholarship disbursements; generating necessary reports.
• Update scholarship curriculum and materials as needed
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Provide excellent customer service

Additional Responsibilities:
• Provide back up to team members
• Interact with donors on the phone and in person
• Other duties as requested

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
